Walk Annie Walk!
Ann Littleson, our friend and very important member of the Illinois Racing News family is once again, participating in the Memory Walk to fund Alzheimer’s research on Sunday, September 28 in Naperville on behalf of our mother, Faith Ewald. We would love to have you come walk with us.
As you all know, this is something that is very important to my family. We pray that it never touches yours. Please help us make that goal a reality. Any help that you can give is appreciated. If you are unable to give a donation at this time, simply keep us in your prayers. Every bit helps.
Thanks for taking the time to read this,
Ann Ewald Littleson

RUN JESSE RUN!
Our friend and also a very important member of the Illinois Racing News family; Jesse Saenz, is taking part in the Bank of America Chicago Marathon which will be held on Sunday October 12, 2008.. He's raising money for a charity called The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in honor of his late brother Frank Saenz.
Please visit his web page and send it to as many people as you think would be interested. Don't feel obligated - we're trying to spread the word & he needs your help. Here's his website page: http://www.firstgiving.com/jessejrsaenz
All donations are secure and sent directly to The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention by Firstgiving, they will email you a printable record of your donation.
Thanks in advance! Jesse Saenz
Note: Jesse is the one who makes all your thoroughbreds look GREAT in Illinois Racing News ... he can LITERALLY turn a sows ear into a silk purse with his amazing graphic talents! Please consider donating whatever you can, his charity is very close to our hearts, as is the whole Saenz Family. Thanks! Joan Colby; Editor, and Caroline K, webmaster |
